For defective products
This happens when the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in another way. We will pay the return shipping fee.
For customer remorse
This happens when the customers purchased a wrong product, it doesn’t fit, or they no longer want the item. The customer needs to pay the return shipping fee.
When the customer starts the return, he or she needs to contact us with the reasons for the return. We will provide RMA for the customer to send the product back to us.
The customers have to return a product within a few days from the delivery date.
All the products, new or used, are included.
No restocking fee will be applied to the return
Generally, you will receive the refund several business days after we received your package. The money will go back to your account or the bank account you use to complete the payment.

Lost Packages during transit
If you have tracked and checked your parcel and believe it to be lost, please email us within a few days after dispatch. A full refund or replacement will be sent, based on your choice.
